I send you the resistance bands, so all you need to do is push play on your TV or iPAD Workout. Work out with me to great tunes, feel motivated, and get all my personal trainer tips and education as you train. Together, we work hard and have fun! If you have any weights at home you can substitute them in too.

LOVE TRAINING AT A GYM?

Take my training app to your gym to train. Every exercise includes video demonstrations and written explanations. Follow along to the program from your phone, inputting your weights, and benefit from the rest timer and journaling features.
