I’m a 45-year-old mum of one (plus two fur babies who think they run the house) and I live in New Plymouth, New Zealand.
I help busy midlife women ditch the diet drama and finally feel strong, toned, and confident in their own skin. My coaching blends fitness, food, and mindset — without hours in the gym or bland “chicken and broccoli” meals.
