Hello, I'm Shannon, a certified Personal Trainer and Performance Nutrition Coach. I'm passionate about assisting busy, successful women in embracing sustainable fitness and health. As a devoted foodie and champagne lover, I understand the importance of enjoying nutritious meals while managing a hectic lifestyle. My goal is to empower clients to cultivate healthy habits they genuinely enjoy, ensuring long-term wellness. Join me in your journey to tone up, shed excess weight, and embrace a vibrant lifestyle at the midpoint of life.

I have created a fitness and food lifestyle for your body and your mind that you will love to live. It's non-restrictive, it’s enjoyable, and it’s sustainable.

For most of my life I focused on being skinnier, smaller, lighter.  

I did hours of cardio and gym classes, limited how much I ate, what I ate, and lived a life of restrictive and disordered eating for years.

I had a specific weight and clothing size in mind that I thought would bring me happiness…but chasing these goals was making me unhappy and obsessed with my body, and creating an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise.

I wanted to live a lifestyle where I ate and trained for enjoyment.

I began to experiment with training and nutrition, seeking a lifestyle that was fun, delicious, and got results. I started weight training in the gym and learned about tracking macros. My body began to transform AND I was living a life in which I loved my body, trained only a little, and ate delicious food without restriction - all while, achieving a lean, strong, and toned body. I just HAD to share this with other women so they could achieve the same results and happiness!

I got certified, began training clients, and they too had their own transformations. I started my own coaching business, and have now helped hundreds of women in New Zealand create new healthy lifestyles and fall in love with their bodies – all while enjoying delicious meals and having a blast training.
