The Best Cardio To Burn Belly Fat 🔥

We’re gaining weight and we’re gaining stomach fat.
Frustrating right.

Menopause is making your belly fat.

So should you be walking? Or running?

Running burns more calories… but walking burns a higher percentage of body fat… so what does that mean for your midlife stomach fat?

We gotta change what we are doing! What we did in our 20s and 30s doesn’t work anymore!

Get our of the group fitness classes like F45 and aerobics classes because we need shorter sessions and heavier weights to get rid of that belly fat.

So, cardio we want to move away from long endurance sessions and instead 10 mins is all you need! SHORT SHARP BURSTS with loooooong recoveries.

Got for 20 seconds all out! If you feel like your lungs are popping then you’ve done it right! Aim for 95% max effort! Then take a good 2mins off resting completely. As you build up your fitness you can do this more times over. Use hills to sprint up or stairs, or if you have cardio equipment or a mat for burpees even!

If you are fit already, then do 20 seconds of hard out work, followed by 10 seconds of complete rest, and repeat it 8x through, then rest for a full 3-6 minutes. Over time you can work this up to doing this through 3-4 rounds.
